Kenyon were appointed to carry out a complete strip out and refurbishment to the Ground Floor and Basements of 105 Great Portland Street.

Scope of works:

• Removal of all fixtures and fittings
• Installation of new flooring
• Installation of new lighting
• Repairs to plasterwork in ‘studio’
• Investigation and repair works to damp to rear
• Repairs to rainwater goods
• Replacement of 2 large rooflights
• Repairs to rear windows
• Refurbishment and replacement of WCs & kitchen
