Kenyon were engaged to carry out an external refurbishment of four ex RAF blocks of flats on this private estate over a 32 week period. The works included pitched and flat roof replacements, repairs to failed cladding panels, structural repairs and with external redecoration works and repairs to the four blocks flats, en-bloc garages and stores

• Replacement roof coverings
• Masonry repairs
• Rationalisation of external cabling
• Replacement of structural roof timbers
• Deep cleaning of PVCU windows & cladding
• Redecoration of all previously painted masonry and timberwork

On completion the client requested that we enter for the News on the block Major works contractor of the year where we were runner up.
