Kenyon were engaged to carry out external refurbishment of this 6 storey 1900’s building over a 20 week period. A particular requirement of this contract was that coordination of the contract with works being undertaken by individual lessees on other building projects on site.

Scope of work:

• Replacement window installations
• Cleaning and repairs to brickwork, Portland stone dressings and freeze sculptures
• Rationalisation of external pipework in lightwells
• Cleaning and repairs to the roof coverings
• Overhaul of all timber sash windows to front elevation
• Redecoration of all previously painted masonry and timberwork
