After successfully undertaking an internal refurbishment of the communal staircase to Block A of this private estate last year Kenyon were invited back this year to deliver a much larger scheme including removal of the asbestos lift shaft & installation new passenger lift previously delivered by other trade contractors. This year the works included electrical upgrades and new lighting and fire alarm, replacement ceilings and ornate coving details. New carpets decorations and extensive plastering.
