Kenyon were engaged to carry out external refurbishment of this mixed use building made up of retail units, office buildings and private dwellings.  A particular requirement of this contract was that any disturbance should be kept to a minimum for the high end retail units below.

Scope of Works:

• Freshwater clean of stone facade
• Removal of 300m2 of portman pointing and subsequent re-pointing of area
• Stripping of crittal windows to galvanized steel and redecorations
• Structural inspections to stairwells, followed by steel repairs and redecorations
• External redecorations to timber work
