Located just south of Olympia, this grand Victorian block of flats dates from around 1897. The property is noted for its period features, including ornate gables, wrought iron balconies, intricate carvings around its doorways and limestone banding in the brickwork.
Kenyon’s listed building experience and its expertise in external restoration were key to its success in winning the contract for this external refurbishment project.
The major part of the building’s fabric was restored to a condition appropriate for a property in such a prestigious location. Kenyon restored the building’s unique joinery and masonry features to the highest standards before implementing a complete programme of redecoration.
