Works to this grade II listed building included scaffolding of all facades and involved co-ordination with the railway authorities. Existing roofing was stripped off, with the installation of a new Langley roofing high performance system with perimeter lead flashings and new lightening conductor systems. Works involved co-ordination with Orange to remove and replace their existing equipment. The facades of the building involved extensive render and concrete repairs using SIKA materials as well as repairs and replacement of crittal windows and external redecorations.
