The project was to repair/refurbish Richmond House Sheerness, the building was a public house that had been converted into 7no flats. The building had suffered fire damage and then been left open to the elements for 18 months.

Scope of work:

The works carried out included reinstatement/repair to all floors:

• Asbestos survey and removal
• Repairs/rebuilding of external masonry
• Installation of new structural steelwork
• New roofs and replacement windows
• New staircase, new internal partitions,  decorations throughout and New floor coverings
• Complete rewire, Installation of fire alarm systems and new fire doors
• All new mechanical services
• New kitchens and bathrooms
