The Clockhouse is an 18th Century Grade II listed building in the middle of West Byfleet, Surrey. It had been converted into 8 flats with an additional 20 terraced retirement properties built in the grounds. Kenyon were appointed to carry out restoration of the external fabric of the Clockhouse and minor repairs and redecorations to the terrace properties.

Scope of work

• Repairs to the ornate stucco detailing, stone ballustrades and bottles
• Repairs and restoration of the ornate projecting cornices
• Replacements of the lime render
• Roofing repairs including replacement asphalt, slate and lead were also carried out
