This project involved external refurbishment to this modern building. Due to client privacy requirements the majority of the works had to be carried out on mobile elevated work platforms with fixed scaffold only being allowed to the small area of the building. This included extensive liaison with the local authority, TfL and the adjoining properties. The project was completed on time and on budget.
Scope of work:
- Repairs to the external fabric
- Restoration of the aluminium windows
- Cleaning of the whole building (brickwork with stone detailing)
- Replacement roofing (liquid plastic)
- Replacement metal copings and external redecorations
